Michigan officials are banning together in an attempt to try and send a serious message using the element of surprise in the restroom. Most of the talking urinal cake campaigns target men as men are more likely to drive drunk than women. In fact in Michigan men are three times more likely to drive drunk than a female and in New Mexico men accounted for 78% of DUI convictions on the road.
